Our story

A little fire, a long table.

Maison Ember is a fictional restaurant invented for this portfolio demo. In the made-up version of its history, it opened in an old bakery on a quiet corner, kept the brick oven, and built everything else around it.

The imaginary kitchen cooks slowly. Most plates touch wood or flame at some point. The dining room is small on purpose — twenty-eight seats, one shared counter, a bar that runs the length of the wall.

None of the people, suppliers, or accolades referenced anywhere on this site are real. The intent is purely to show what a warm, food-focused restaurant site can look and feel like.
